These hands-on workshops are designed to provide participants with the information and knowledge to develop a Visual Workplace. Get introduced and refreshed on the needs and advantages of Visual Displays, Performance Indicators, Standardized Reporting Systems and Controls.

- Identify the areas that will most benefit from Visual Systems
- Set up and trial Visual systems to accomplish company needs
- Evaluate the results of the event for leadership
TWO DAY ON SITE SESSION
This instructor led on-site session consists of two 1 day events – each 1 week apart allowing for the trainees to implement what is taught in other areas of your facility and then having it evaluated by the trainer.

- Participate in a Kaizen Visual event led by a trained instructor
