THREE DAY ON SITE SESSION
These leader led on site session consists of three 1 day events – each 1 week apart allowing for the trainees to implement what is taught in other areas of your facility and then having it evaluated by the trainer.

- Participate in a Kaizen 5S event led by a trained instructor

- Lead other teams in 5S events
