Overview
The one-day workshop introduces the basic concepts of process mapping, waste walk program and how to identify and prioritize potential Kaizen events. It includes a hands-on exercise in Kaizen event planning.
The three day workshop is on site at the clients location. Involves the full one day session with days two and three devoted to the actual planning and initiation of a Kaizen event – including how to control the Kaizen process and reaction plan to negative Kaizen results.

THREE DAY ONSITE SESSION
Following completion of the three day session, participants should be able to:
- Understand all the items from the one day classroom session
- Analyze the waste walk and process map to identify a Kaizen event
- Set up the base events to perform the identified event
- Lead and participate in a kaizen opportunity
- Identify and control the improvements made during the event
