ICS ISO Consortium

At ICS, we pride ourselves on being the most innovative ISO registration services provider in North America.  We recently announced one of the most innovative and exciting educational programs offered in the Registration industry in the past twenty years. Our Professional Development Program helps clients reduce or eliminate their cost of registration while providing employees with a state-of-the-art training opportunity.

Drive Results With This Innovative Program from ICS

We are pleased to announce another innovative program for organizations registered to one of the international quality standards.  We are forming an ISO Consortium of companies interested in improving their management system and adding value to their auditing process.  This program will equip the participants with the skill and knowledge to improve their quality system in their organization.

We will focus on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as participants learn new skills, network with other organizations and share best practices while gaining assistance in the achievement of measureable improvements.

Benefits of Our Program

  • The program sessions are designed with a “Practical Hands-on Approach”.
  • Each session teaches concepts that the participants are expected to apply back at their organization.
  • Participants gain improved communication and presentation skills designed to leverage impact and provide proven leadership skills back on the job.
  • Participants meet and develop working relationships with “like minded” business people to share information throughout the programme and into the future.
  • Included is a workbook of the process, tools and techniques used throughout the course to share the lessons learned with others in your organization.

How the Consortium Works

  • Every month a half day session is held to teach participants various aspects of managing a world-class ISO management system.
  • The program will start once we have confirmed representatives from 10 companies and will be held at our Guelph location.
  • Each company enrolled in the program is allowed two participants at every session.
  • Assignments are given at each session and are due to be completed for presentation at the next session.  This drives the learning for the participants and ensures a measureable improvement in the organization by the end of the programme.

More Good News

This training program is eligible for funding through the provincial government programs available to Ontario based manufacturing companies.  In partnership with the Ontario Government, the Yves Landry Foundation is making available up to $50,000 per project in the form of a grant to foster training that will lead to advancements in innovation within the manufacturing sector in Ontario.

The ISO Consortium – It’s About Results
