Course Description

This half day workshop is an overview of the process of strategic planning. Designed as an entry level review or refresher program, participants will learn the elements of a strategic plan and the process of how it can be successfully implemented throughout your organization.

Topics covered include:

The elements of a typical strategic plan
Mission and vision statements
Core values
Long and short term strategic objectives
Data collection and analysis
Implementing the plan throughout your organization
