The Innovator's Toolkit course follows BMG University's structured innovation methodology, D4, which includes the phases of Define, Discover, Develop and Demonstrate. The D4 roadmap helps practitioners identify unmet customer needs, generate ideas to fulfill those needs, analyze the most promising solutions, and pilot and test the end product/process.
