About the TPECS Program

The TPECS programme is fundamentally different from the Standard Training Course Certification programmes of the past.  The focus is on the outcome and the evaluation process used to judge participants competent in conducting audits.  This evaluation is the first step in recommending an applicant for RABQSA Certification as a provisional auditor.

Our programme is unique.  Using the approved RAB competency units we have developed a programme that can be delivered in segments over time, self study or in the traditional one week focused study format.

Our programme ensures:

  • Graduates who go on to apply for  RAB personnel certification have the required knowledge to perform the auditor role in a confident and professional manner
  • Competence has been evaluated individually for each participant by designated examiners with years of industry experience.
  • Participants are provided with specific case studies, situations and challenges that will prepare them for conducting actual audits
  • Participants complete an audit from start to finish to apply skills.
  • Feedback is provided throughout the course so each participant can gauge their competence level against the criteria.
  • Feedback is specific and timely so that each individual participant has the opportunity to change any not yet competent findings to competent
