ISO/TS 16949:2009 Update Session

ISO/TS 16949 has now been updated to incorporate the content of ISO 9001:2008.  While the changes are not significant for many organizations, there are important considerations.  There have been a number of notes either changed completely or improved for clarity.  ISO 9001:2008 requires that processes and their interaction be defined.

While many TS compliant organizations have already addressed this requirement, others are now required to do so.  Outsourcing of processes has received important new emphasis in the Third Edition.

Our session will provide you with a quick synopsis of the changes and a certificate to demonstrate that training on the new requirements has been received.

2. Identification of the Changes to ISO 9004
3. Review of the latest Sanctioned Interpretations
