ISO/TS 16949 I SO 14001 Auditors

Continued growth at ICS has created the need for additional ISO/TS 16949 auditors.  We are looking for fully IATF qualified automotive auditors to join our team of successful professionals.  Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of automotive audits and satisfied clients.  The successful candidate will have a detailed knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, Automotive Core Tools, process auditing and lean concepts.

Health & Safety Instructors/Auditors

We are looking for a number of part-time instructors to teach a number of courses including:  industrial hygiene, fork lift operation, hazardous waste management, WHMIS, falls prevention, emergency preparedness, first aid, confined space, ergonomics, and violence prevention.

In addition, we require a number of individuals to work in our Workwell auditing and consulting practice.

Part-time Graphics & Training Designer

You will work with subject matter experts to develop eLearning and classroom course material, design interactive learning exercises, prepare brochures and sales materials, develop supporting training materials, support communication documents and support online courses.

You will be responsible for designing and developing various e-learning programs and webinar training sessions

Account Executives

Effective January 2011, we are recruiting for a unique position with our organization and our industry.

We developed the position of new position that will allow you to deliver and sell services at ICS. 

Account Executives:

The Account Executive is responsible for selling all of our services including ISO based registration, on-site training and consulting.  The successful candidate will be the sales lead in a growing business, in a high growth territory. You will be responsible for developing a territory strategy to continue to grow our business in all areas.

The focus of this role will be to manage existing accounts and grow our business within those accounts as well as targeting and landing new accounts.  This position calls for a driven person who thrives on understanding the business challenges of an organization and can clearly communicate the value of our services to senior executives.

As you market and sell our services, we will work with you to provide you opportunities to deliver work at our clients given your skill set.  This will allow you to earn additional income delivering services throughout our entire client base. For these services, you are paid a generous per diem amount as you deliver the services.

The Account Executive role is a full-time, commission-based career opportunity.  
 
Our Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets set by management.
  • Manage our accounts to ensure our service delivery continually meets/exceeds customer expectations.
  • Cultivate relationships to ensure long-term customer retention and future sales opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, preparation of proposals and sales presentations.
  • Identify high-potential prospects amongst existing and potential customers.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to create market awareness.
  • Provide detailed account information on both prospects and customers by using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.

Your Qualifications:

  • University Degree/College Diploma preferred.
  • Five years of sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
  • Experience in delivering training, auditing and/or consulting services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
  • Creative thinking and an ability find solutions and tailor offerings to meet client needs
  • Highly developed probing, objection handling and closing skills.
  • Strong time management, follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Self motivated, self managing and personal discipline skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
