“Thank you for following up with me. The audit plan was sent in plenty of time, changes to the plan were accommodated promptly, and a copy of the audit report was left with us prior to Andy’s departure. The audit was a very pleasant experience, so different from what we have become accustomed to in the past with an ISO 9001 audit. Andy was straightforward, very knowledgeable, looked at our company from a ‘risk-based’ point of view, and took the time to see our organization as a ‘whole management system’, not just looking at paper documents and checking to see if the form numbers and signatures were in the right places, etc. My manager and I must admit that after the previous ISO audits that we have experienced in the past, Andy actually brought value to the scope of the audit, and had some very beneficial ideas to add to our organization, that if implemented, would reduce overall risk to our clients.
